Everything starts where your merchandise is. Whether it's a factory in China, a supplier in Europe, or a local distributor, the first step is to coordinate the pickup correctly.
The supplier has the goods ready or in production. They need to be picked up, packed, and documented correctly for transport.
We coordinate pickup with your supplier or local agent, verify the packaging, and manage the necessary origin documents.
We confirm the pickup date and send you the relevant supplier details and the initial shipment status.
The merchandise moves from the pickup point to the consolidation warehouse or port. This step may seem minor, but coordinating it well defines the timing of everything that follows.
The cargo travels by land from the supplier to the warehouse or port where it will be consolidated for international shipment.
We coordinate local land transport with reliable operators and monitor that the cargo arrives in good condition at the consolidation point.
You receive confirmation when the cargo arrives at the consolidation point and an estimate of the next step.
In LCL sea freight, your merchandise is consolidated with that of other importers in the same container. This is what makes LCL cost-effective for medium volumes.
Your cargo is combined with other compatible cargoes inside a container. All necessary documents for export are prepared.
We manage efficient consolidation, prepare the Bill of Lading, the packing list, and all required export documentation.
We inform you of the container closing date, the BL (Bill of Lading) number, and the estimated sailing date of the vessel.
This is the longest stage. The container is at sea (or in the air, if you chose air freight). The key here is to have visibility and know exactly where your cargo is.
The vessel (or plane) transports your cargo from the origin port/airport to the destination. In sea freight, this can take between 25 and 40 days.
We actively monitor transit, anticipate possible diversions or delays, and proactively notify you of any relevant news.
You receive periodic updates and the updated ETA. If there are changes in the timeline, we notify you before you have to ask.
Customs is the step that generates the most anxiety in new importers. With the right documentation and good preparation, it's a smooth process. We handle it.
Customs in the destination country verifies documentation, applies tariffs and taxes, and releases (or holds) the cargo before final delivery.
We manage all customs documentation, coordinate with the customs broker, and anticipate any special requirements for your type of merchandise.
We inform you of the start of the process, any additional documentation requirements, and confirmation of customs clearance.
Your merchandise arrives at its destination. Ready to enter your warehouse, your store, or directly to your customers. No surprises, just as we agreed from the start.
The cargo leaves the customs warehouse and is transported to the final delivery address you indicated in the quote.
We coordinate the last logistical stretch, confirm delivery, and close all shipment documentation.
You receive delivery confirmation, the full shipment summary, and you're ready for your next import.
Proactive communication is not an extra. It's a central part of how we work.
We notify you at every relevant milestone: pickup confirmed, container closed, vessel sailed, arrival at destination, customs cleared, delivery made.
No BL, no AWB, no CBM if you don't understand them. We explain in clear English what is happening and what it means for your business.
When something changes (because in international logistics it can happen), we notify you first. With context, impact, and the new plan.
